Fremont Street

This was my first Fremont Street Experience. To be honest, I felt awkward about the place. I mean, It should have been my favorite thing about Vegas since it has everything I could want. It was gaudy and kitsch filled with Neon lights, street performers, cheap margaritas, photo-opt attractions, and a city block television. The conflict I have in my soul is what comes with those attractions. On the strip, I see people blowing there money and I think "suckers!" But on Fremont street, I look around and see people who probably can't afford to be here throwing money away.  On top of that is the drunken idiots running around wanting to fight everyone and anyone. Nevertheless we had fun wandering around, checking out the TV and seeing all the old neon signs being restored.

There are two REALLY great photos here. The first one is the one of us on the bus, with our faces and other bus riders in the reflection of the window. I LOVE it! The second is of you drinking the neon martini, Classic Aaron shot, I love it! ;O) You are such a fun person and that was such a great trip, thanks for taking me :O)
