The Burger Bar

My wife and I love Top chef! So, one thing we wanted to do while we visiting Vegas was to try some of the judges and guest judges restaurants, yet try to do so on a budget. The first place we ate was The Burger Bar created by renowned  Chef Hubert Keller. The most expensive burger on the menu is roughly $75- a kobe beef sautéed with foie gras and shaved truffles. Sounds tasty, but a little out of my league for a bite at lunch. It's been about eight months a go, so to be quite honest I'm not to sure what I had on my burger. You can pick and choose what you want or they have some prepared suggestions. I'm pretty sure  my wife had something with blue cheese on it and scrumptious sweet potato fries. By the looks of the picture a buffalo burger with jalapeno  bacon, spinach, bell peppers, provolone cheese, and topped with aioli sauce. Yeah, it was good! My mouth is salivating just thinking of it.

On top of that they had an extensive beer selection. I can't remember the name, but I do remember having a very tasty local ale.

That photo of the burger doesn't look appetizing. But the burgers were really great, really :O)
